With more than a decade of coaching experience, Nick has worked with a diverse range of clients, from everyday gym-goers to competitive athletes. His coaching approach puts your preferences and goals at the center, while minimizing risk and making the most of your time. Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and holds a degree in Kinesiology.

In 2016, Savannah began lifting weights, sparking a journey to change her lifestyle and dedicate her career to helping more people overcome the intimidation of the weight room. With a Masters in Business Administration from Yale, Savannah manages APTC to provide the best experience to clients. She is studying to become an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.
